Hacking 10.4 Emunand Help

I have an old version of RXTools with 9.5 emunand and I want to upgrade to 10.4 emunand. I keep asking around and I'm not getting specific responses so I'm all confused. Is there a tutorial somewhere?

Upgrade to the new version of rxTools (3.0 beta 2) and then update emuNAND to the latest FW.

Unfortunately I don't, I only have an O3DS, but I do know you'll need the slot0x11key96.bin file.

He's saying that since you're using a N3ds, instead of using RxTools CFW, use ReiNand (https://github.com/Reisyukaku/ReiNand/releases) CFW.

As long as you have EmuNand9 all set up, ReiNand is pretty much plug and play.

Put the files onto the SD card, load it up.

You will see in system setting Rei, update to 10.5, reload Reinand and your goot

EDIT: Haven't used Rxtool's in a long time, but IIRC you are required to have EmuNand to use that as well. So you should be fine to just drag and drop reinand files.

With EmuNAND9 and Decrypt9 you basically don't need RxTools anymore if you switch to ReiNand.

Its a tool to setup emuNAND and backing up/restoring

But since you already have emuNAND setup for rxtools swapping over to ReiNAND is easy
