Hacking 10.3 3DS. How do I hack it?

Menuhax was updated to support 10.3, right? So is it possible to have cfw on a 10.3 console? If so, how would you downgrade your emunand since rxtools can only support up to 9.5 on N3DS? I've already hacked a few 3DS with cfw already, but I'm having trouble keeping up with recent developments. Any insight would be appreciated.

CFW on a 10.3 sysnand, nope. You must downgrade to 9.2, then you can have emunand 9.5 (N3DS)

Downgrade tutorial (Use THIS sysupdater instead of the one in the tutorial, confirmed working)
