Hacking 10.1.0-27E NEW 3DS Downgrade

Hi,
I have a question about downgrading my new 3ds. Is is possible to downgrade safely my 3ds? I have heard there was a some bricks during downgrade process, and smea told us to stay on 10.1.0-27E.
Another question is about saves form e-shop games (SMT IV) can I still have it after downgrade process?

There's always a risk with downgrading. There are some forks of sysUpdater that try to mitigate that risk, by adding various checks etc, but there's no way to be 100% safe without getting a hardmod installed and having a backup.

So is it possible to downgrade from 10.1? The method is the same as from 10.3?

Yeah. If you get a soft brick, then you need to update to 10.5 sadly.

I downgraded both of my New 3DS XL's one was on 9.9, other 10.3

The 9.9 failed mid downgrade, HOWEVER, it was able to boot Cubic Ninja still, I just had to reflash with the 9.2 exploit. I ran downgrade again, it finished the remaining installs and everything has worked since.

On the other hand, my 10.3 went without any issues.

All done using SafeSysUpdater 0.8. I also used it to downgrade two Old 3ds. no issues there either.
