Hacking Question 10.0 NSP Failed Install

I've been having trouble with installing nsp files after updating. It gives me the "firmware too low or wrong sigpatches" error.
I installed the Atmosphere + Hekate sigpatches multiple times and still no luck. Even formatted to FAT32 again. Any ideas?

did you just copy new files over old with atmosphere and sept folders?

I was sure I didn't do that but to be 100% I deleted the folders and tried again and it worked! Thanks for the help!
