I believe I have a DMS Wii, does anyone know if this is compatible with a pre-soldered WiiClip and WiiKey?

Well here is what the store I am going to get it from said:
you should wait until the end of this week when we have the brand new Solderless WiiKey 2 chips in stock.
They will only work with the D2C / D2C2 & D2E consoles, so send me your consoles serial number and I can make sure it will work for you.
