Gaming 1 mhz reader

I bought a psp 1001 recently and I stumbled upon this interesting application. It seems like it was made in 2005, and being a Gen-D3 user, something told me to put the files into the game150 folder. To my dismay, the 1 mhz reader did not work. I got a "The game could not be started." error. Am I doing something wrong? Does anyone else have this working on Gen-D3?

Any help would be great!

Gen doesnt have the 1.50 kernel and it cannot run this application

theres other options as far as txt readers go
ive used 1mhz reader, its okay but I prefer
tex viwer 0.5
theres also Bookr which is a nicely developed pdf, txt, ect reader
