    Wii #2698 - Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure (Europe)

From the review in Ars Technica, the 3DS version is wireless but has a USB cable which can plug into the Wii USB port or even a Mac USB port, and the characters are cross-platform. The console versions will work on a PC once a driver has been installed.

    Wii #2561 - Rio (Europe)

HtheB, Your version looks a lot more fun than the actual tie-in cr@p.

Wii #2557 - We Sing: Down Under (Australia)

Wait... Gina G? With the U.K.'s Eurovision 1996 entry? F*ck me - the publishers are really slandering Australia with this. Wouldn't surprise me if they'd slipped a Kiwi in there two to really brass you guys off. May I suggest you tip off Channel 7 and start rabble-rousing?

Wii #2557 - We Sing: Down Under (Australia)

Wii #2526 - We Dare (Europe)

Aaaaaand pulled from release in the U.K. - article on uk.wii.ign.com. No doubt due to Daily Mail-style outrage ("won't somebody think of the kids!"), but having played it, it's lame-o so no tears here. Cue "they didn't dare" jokes...

    Wii #2515 - de Blob 2 (Europe)

I'm liking the fact that it's easier to play than the first one, plus there are extra "quests" that can be undertaken to extend a level. As said, cut scenes are good and it holds your attention without being too kawaii or frenetic.

    Wii #2520 - Kirby's Epic Yarn (Europe)

Finally! Yay Kirby! Bit late for half term and the sun is out too...

Gaming Wii Sports Resort Flying map and POI's

I'll add my voice to the thanks; the one inside the volcano is a doozy to get to if you fly down into it.

Wii #1436 - Wii Sports Resort (Europe)

Yeah, well I thought the emoticons gave it away, but it appeared not. The dustbin lids have been having a whale of a time with it; shame the dogfight isn't a bit faster.

    Wii #1391 - Let's Tap (USA)

Japanese or European Kleenex boxes? I only have a Happy Shopper value tissue box which is half-full- do you think that will work? Or should I wait until I get a summer cold so that it becomes empty?

Wii #1291 - We Rock Drum King (Europe)

What do you call a bloke who hangs around with musicians? A drummer What is the difference between a chiropodist and a drummer? A chiropodist bucks up your feet. How can you tell if a drummer has been doing the crossword? All the squares have been coloured in.

Dude - great line! Props to you for joining to post that Teabag Mr Cowell!

Wii #1017 - Cooking Mama: World Kitchen (USA)

Although, right now, it's Nintendough, so they'll be concerned about sequels a-l-l-l-l- the way to the bank and back. Perhaps a mental picture of Scrooge McDuck in his vault might help understand reused IP.

    Wii #0811 - Cabela's Legendary Adventures (USA)

"World's Number 1 Hunting Games" Hopefully in a field of one...

Wii #0803 - Ford Racing: Off Road (USA)

Chap - that's exactly my opinion too! If it wasn't for the fact it had Land Rovers in it, I wouldn't have bothered trying it. Now it's in the 'ignore' pile.

    Hacking Okami on PAL Wii?

FWIW, My PAL Wii on 3.2E with 1.9g WiiKey showed no system update through Wii settings but did prompt for and d/l update with the NTSC Okami. Duplicate U.S. channels created, but swiftly dispatched with W's channel remover. Yay for Waninkoko!

    Wii #0640 - Dream Pinball 3D (USA)

I guess it could also be a 'Reeves and Mortimer' production.

    Wii #0626 - Opoona (USA)

Likewise; that stream-of-consciousness stuff is strictly blog-fodder. But wait! I'm not fond of Kraft cheese slices, so I'm giving all fermented curd products a wide berth, m'OK?

@Xdqwerty, People who create revival services for the Wii end up in disaster, same goes for Pretendo lol.

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@SylverReZ, atleast wiimmfii went fine although people only use it for Mario kart Wii
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
At least if they ban you for cheating, get another Wii. They're cheap as chips.

Remember when RiiShop was a thing?
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
    not really
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
It got shutdown because somebody "accidentally" leaked the database for the amount of people using the beta.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
RiiShop is the laziest way of downloading Wii games. Did somebody not think of this through?
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
although i ended up accidentally changing my nand with no way of going back bc i didn't know you needed a gamecube controller to restore it (i have a wii minus/1.1, which doesn't have gamecube controller support)
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@BakerMan, I think you're talking about the recovery mode that the SaveMii used, and also was to restore softbricked systems.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
If your NAND was hardbricked, then just buy another Wii. Or go with the dirty NAND flasher method.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
and if i find the sd card i have my NAND backed up on, i can not only restore the NAND if i solder the right part in, but i can also put my NAND on dolphin, then i can play dolphin online, like PMEX Remix or MKWii Riibalanced
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    Brb
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@BakerMan, Oh yeah, that was a thing too. Dolphin does support Wiimmfi.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
yeah you just need to put your NAND backup with wiimmfi on it
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
ngl i feel like if a bunch of my friends have wiis and know how to get wiimmfi and back up their NAND, then we could do a PMEX Remix tournament
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
maybe even add UMVC3/DBFZ and make it a biathlon/triathlon
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Too bad Excite Truck wasn't multi player :(
