Best way to install games that I've downloaded? Do I always have to transfer the files onto the switch and install from there or can I install over wifi from my computer somehow?
After updating my switch to latest firmware/CFW I seem to be able to connect to e-shop, Nintendo servers etc again. I could not do this before..Some part of the process I missed like blocking servers again or whatever? Has the blocking process been updated?

I updated the sig-patches simply by overwriting the folders with the new ones in the link you provided. Now everything works again!!! ..kind of :)
Still a few minor issues I would like to sort out.

I got problems starting games..sometimes they work, sometimes not.
Long story: Went CFW recently, everything went on good. Installed Tinfoil with the self installer and here is the first problem I have. I can only start Tinfoil from the Fusee bootoption, not with the emuMMC. Not sure why?! So...
same here,cant get 0.4 to work. I uninstalled 0.3 before installing 0.4 and when I start 0.4 i start with searching for some updates then it crashes. Any fix?
In adrenaline settings you can scale PSX-games to approx 1.2 (both X and Y) to fill the height of the screen. It will however not be 100% pixel perfect then.

I tested FF6 and music was much better in pSNES than in retroarch where it cracks alot, but slowdowns were more severe. Another thing I noticed in pSNES was that it sometimes started to run slow as hell all of a sudden? Not sure if I had some weird setting...
I haven't played my Switch n a month or so, just been playing Xbox, and just picked to play lil and Damn that A and B, X and Y being reversed always gets me.
I agree Tears is great. I even played thru it completely twice. I've been hooked on playing thru Fallout 4 again though, after they released the next gen version for Series S/X. Is pretty cool update.
because I already got burned out with breath of the wild, which for the most part is essentially the same game, and then again with master mode, which doesn't work as a new game plus (that always felt bizarre to me)
