    Extra memory cannot be used via the GBA slot unless the application is specifically designed to use it. Also, since the DSi switches to DS Mode when using download play, only 4 MB of memory will be available.

    I'd say that full games don't work because they don't fit in RAM and because the game is probably trying to read from SLOT-1

    If you're looking for bugs in a web browser, the rendering engine is usually the best target. The key thing to remember is that not all bugs are exploitable due to the way memory is allocated.

    This i just the source of the rendering engine, WebKit. Of course, if there is an exploit available for this specific version of WebKit (or JavascriptCore or WebCore for that matter) than theoretically you could use it on the 3DS browser providing it doesn't have some sort of memory protection.

    The system menu can't tell if a card is "doing something sneaky" since both CPUs are reset (therefore unloading the menu) once a game is loaded. All they can really do at the system menu is look at the contents of the card or compare it to a hash.
