    I just grabbed SX OS 3.1.0 and updated to 11.0.0 via ChoiDujour. When I rebooted, it loaded the SX OS logo, then crashed. I've got nothing now. Won't boot at all. Can anyone point me in a direction for some help? UPDATE: waited about 40 minutes. Now it's deciding to boot. Not sure what happened...

    I'm dealing with the same error. Customer service told me they don't know what the issue is and to "sit tight" until later today. They said they won't be reaching out to me with a solution, but I can check around online and if it's not fixed, I can call back...perfect.

    just for an update, I cancelled my order with Eachmall after that ridiculous email and placed an order with Modchipcentral (Canada) on 12/3. Received my refund on 12/10 from Eachmall (for whatever reason, I was billed $38.08 and refunded $38.19, guess I gained $0.11 for my troubles)...
