    The change was from 3.2E to 3.2U, then downgraded with CIOS Downgraded to 2.2, and updated to 3.1 with Mario Kart USA.

    Well, I did change the region from a Wii of a friend of mine, this was succesfull using Any Region Changer. Everything was going OK until I installed Opera Browser since my friend insisted too much in installing it, and the problem is that whenever I start Opera Internet Channel this one...

    Well... Mario Party 8 works without any kind of setting, just the default ones... (Wii 3.2U NTSC).

    You just need to install the IOS37 wad (with wad manager) for the megaman 9 game to work on systems with no 3.3u firmware... confirmed by me, it uses to reboot my wii until I installed the IOS37 wad.

    This is all thanks to ONEUP (I OWE YOU ONE GUY!!!). You need to install the the RVL-mios-v5.wad.out with the wad manager, just install it and then launch the patcher, it should work, confirmed by ONEUP and me (Right Now loading sdboot....).
