    I want to change my wii's region form 3.3u to 3.2e using anyregion changer at first should I downgrade from 3.3u to 3.2u using wanikoko's downgrader then change the region to 3.2e. Is that correct? should I downgrade or just change the region from 3.3u to 3.2e? Thanks for any help
