Been doing this as a hobby of sorts for a while now. Not really made much money doing it. That wasn`t my aim.

Thinking of offering a UK based fitting service.

Options could include with or without SXOS, with or without memory card.

No idea on price though. Tried to work something out.

Materials cost money! Any ideas?

What would be a good price? All in, ready to go.

I'd look at things in labor hours involved, and how much you think is fair per hour. So if it a half hour job, and you think 40$ and hour is fair, charge 20$ plus shipping and supplies. Then with supplies, you can apply a mark up on them as well. So if you get supplies for 8$, charge 10$. You'll have to figure out your own math as your prices are likely not that.

Thank you for answering.

I can get it done in just under 15 minutes.

I had worked it out to...

£10 for samd device (I use trinkets as I can freely get these) however may include the Switchme as an option the next time there is a run on them. I will speak with evilsperm more on this another time.

£8 for guaranteed 1pm next day delivery

£25 for fitting, postage, packing, labour and materials.

That would make £43 and so many pence. Round it up to £45 for ease.

So £45 is the answer. That's got to be fair.

Add an option for an SD maybe... Say £20 for a 64gb

Add an option for SXOS (via disbursement)... £28

So I think £90 for all-in with sxos licence and SD card(if required), posted back same day is about right. I think.

Thanks a lot!

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
