  • Damn, I wanted to hang around some more but some times you just have to go to sleep (gbatemp will kill me).
    For some reason I was bored with my Text editor/IDE and I decide to try GitHub's Atom. It is good. I love it.

    Obviously it integrates version control through git very well.
    I am doing some Python related project right now, mixing in execution with the "script" and "hydrogen" plugins (Jupyter based), it works quite well.
    Autocomplete-python with Jedi helps a lot when you are not good remembering the exact name for your methods and classes and Linter-flake8 together with autopep8 also help to keep things tidy.
    Yeah, I love it.

    Note to self: Should try new software more often, "if it's not broken don't fix it" is a bad slogan.

    It's frustrating to see humanity rejecting facts and science, embracing feelings, popular hearsay and whatnot, moving into a new dark age.

    Yeah. And people went along in the MIDDLE AGES. It is idiotic that we are repeating it, that people is going along with it.
    It is sad to see knowledge being destroyed among society, people that follow reason being shunned, and everything becoming so retrograde. And this stupidity has no political affiliation, idiocy from from left and right, up and down, from everywhere.
    So Tokyo was OK. It looks more like a big amusement park than a city actually. Kind of fake. But it's nice and entertaining anyway.

    To be honest, I really liked Mitaka and Meguro, perhaps I just like more suburban places. PS: Of course I got just a glance of every place, and mostly went to famous places and also walked randomly a little.

    Those three you mentioned are my least favorite ones to be honest, sure there are lots to do and whatnot, but I just can't stand packed places or things that are too flashy. They are fun, don't get me wrong, but I'd rather go to the lesser packed wards if I'm not with a group.

    Haven't been to Mitaka, but Meguro was pretty good when I did go. I've never had the chance to do a thorough tour of Tokyo honestly to check out all the places, only been to it in passing, temporarily staying in either Ueno or Ebisu before going to Nagoya, down to Oita or up to Sapporo and never really been alone, always had a group, limiting where I could go to;-;
    Black Panther is shit. People all around still pretending it is a good movie feels like a fucking global conspiracy already.

    It's evident to me that every time I complete a videogame I fall into depression. Probably there's an obvious psychological reason for this.

    2 things come to mind. #1 Game is over and you won't experience it for the first time anymore. Or #2 you feel like you wasted all that time on a game/bad game. When it could've been used for something else.

    Well, sure it's more #1 than #2. It's more of a feeling of something that had a place on your schedule now is gone, and it feels kind of empty, a feeling of "what will I do now with my time", it is a bit of what B_E_P_I_S_M_A_N said really. Also the anxiety in choosing the next thing to invest your time in that BORTZ described is also in there.

    It's a bit of both for me depending on time and game. Last of Us was one game I was sad was over. No more Ellie and Joel. Sometimes I want more from something. But recently I haven't played games much. Games are an on and off thing for me. Right now i'm feeling either burnout or distracted, maybe both. At most I jump from game to game.

    Theory says low temps may help superconductivity* and improve communications. But my internet speed seems frozen to dial-up ice age levels.
