Are there even any N64 to GC ports at all? Dreamcast and PS2 are getting ports, but what about the GameCube?

Am I the only one that finds it wild that people are still talking about emulating the PS1 on the N64? Only way that would even happen is through ports created with a decompilation.
Okay is there even a cheat database for Swiss that won't require me to grab everything one by one for all the games I have? Like I'm talking about a database for all Gamecube games, so I can enable 16:9 cheats for the games I'm putting on my SD card.

Does the latest EZ-Flash IV kernel update still causes the GBA to reset?
The kernel on mine does that, since at the time, some games would boot to a black screen and thus, some EZ-Flash IV themes forced the GBA to soft reboot, before running the game you had selected.
That supposed 399mhz version of nds-bootstrap being in violation of the GPL license.
