    Somehow snagged an OEM GBA to GC link cable for 20 bucks. Also bought an ETH2SP1 on AliExpress to get the Ethernet port on my GameCube, I hear there's rom hacks that allows Kirby Air Ride and MKDD to be playable online. Might also try out PSO as I have NEVER played PSO at all.

    Honestly I'd say get a GBS-C Pro for S-Video. Unless you have a CRT with a S-Video input, the GBS-C Pro is more than worth the money when it comes to composite, S-Video and component inputs on modern displays.

    Reshelled the 30$ GameCube, put a Picoloader and SD2SP2 Pro adapter, I also did a half reshell on the controller I repaired. Just gotta find a GameBoy Player now.

    The Gamecube I got for 30$ actually works despite the amount of rust in it. Put a drive that has a botched XenoGC install on it, one of the pads is clearly not properly soldered so it can't patch the drive, I'm putting a Picoloader in it anyway so I couldn't care less for the Xeno chip.

    The N64 already struggles with SNES emulation. PS1 would be utterly impossible.

    You know, I'm surprised that GTAIII has yet to be ported to the Wii. Or that both GTAIII and GTA VC have yet to be ported to the Gamecube, seeing as the Dreamcast got ports of these games.

    Got a broken Gamecube controller off eBay for 25 bucks with what seemed to be a bad c-stick. Turns out its just the pot that needed a small clean up. Before I cleaned the pot, up and down on the c-stick were very slow to react.

    Funny you mention the GCLoader, I was planning to go with a Picoloader seeing as I bought a new spindle motor assembly already, its also so I can learn to repair consoles. So far in terms of soldering I've soldered the GPIO header on a Pi Zero 2 W and swapped the battery on a Super Mario Land...

    For the condition that this Gamecube is in, I am honestly shocked that it powers and boots up! The spindle/disc holder is missing entirely, the back panel is missing. Honestly for learning how to fix consoles, its perfect for me.

    PS1/2 Are there any cheap PS2 modchips other then the Modbo 5.0?

    I didn't even know there was a Pico based modchip for the PS2. Then again, are there consoles that don't have a modchip built with the Pico nowadays?

    Fixed the disc tray on my fat PS2, god I hate Swap Magic so much. A misaligned tray that keeps getting stuck is almost always caused by the Magic Card that came with Swap Magic kits.
