    Funny little anecdote: near impossible to get the Xbox "Duke" controller to function on Windows 10/11, but it's plug n' play on Linux/SteamOS.

    Well I'm aware of unofficial ones, but how is Microsoft supposed to officially support them..? I would be surprised if they care about aftermarket stuff at all lol

    Doesn't have to be specific to the adapter or even the OG Xbox controller, just needs to have legacy DInput support. 'Tis why it's funny that Linux does have that but Windows doesn't, it was literally Microsoft proprietary. :lol:

    That controller eas designed specifically to not be compatible with windows. So you need "special* drivers but Microsoft do not allow unlicensed drivers anymoreunless tou oay hundreds if thousands of dollars

    It's far from that.
    What makes someone good at the game is not the roster itself but the Groove's options.
    C/P/S are from Street Fighter Alpha series.
    S/N/K are from KOF series.

    People that have been playing KOF since 1995, or SF since 1991 will carry over that experience to the game... then add the "new" (back then) mechanics like Cancels, Rolls, Air Combos...

    Not 20 years of experience, some folks have over 30+

    True, what Street Fighter experience I do have has carried me to wins even over a couple ratio 4 Haohmaru's, but some people seem to have every single character and groove fully downloaded. Kinda glad they went with EO standard for ranked matches just so I don't have to deal with roll cancels on top of everything else.

    Wins are a fair bit easier to come by with Rashid or Ken, but I'm committed to Terry as my main regardless. Awesome that we're getting a new Fatal Fury game early next year too.

    Strenght wise I think Terry is pretty alright. Mid mid tier. Not bad fo sho. Personally tho i'm a zangief player and i'll remain that till the day i die. Also yeah COTW looks awesome i'm looking forward to checking it out

    MultiVersus is turning out really good so far, I'd say some aspects of gameplay are even better than SSBU.
