    I like the 3ds, but I like playing with the dsi and earlier just because they feel more...magical. like 3ds stuff doesn't excite me as much because its a much more complex system but the ds is like a playground

    Yeah, the DSi is much more nostalgic for me, like the time I used to mess with the filters in DSi Camera. Those were good times. :)

    My ADHD is more like hyperfocusing and getting distracted to where projects are on the backburner type of thing. But if you're struggling, then I'm sorry.

    eh I manage pretty well. was diagnosed when I was young and I manage the "hyperactive" part with meds pretty ok, and I developed various strategies and stuff. its just a part of me I accept and live with comfortably nowandays

    pulled my DS Phat out of storage, replaced the battery (the og battery served well but its slowly becoming a spicy pillow) I appreciate backlit screens so much more now.

    Bit of warning about DoDonPachi, the PS1 version doesn't emulate the proper slowdown, but does provide a slow-mo button. use the goddamn slo-mo button, its not a crutch its there because the game's bullet patterns depend on slowdown for difficulty balancing. also it can be hard as balls so keep that in mind too.

    might make a GB Macro out of a ds lite, found some thing of a guide on a "swap screen hack" to allow use of both screens (one at a time obviously)
