Yes. It's based on the Ingenic found in the Dingoo. This flashcart also can emulate SNES or GBA games, but the emulation is both mixed and sometimes choppy.

There was also the DSTWO+ which does 3DS games, but considering the fact that it's a Gateway clone, not worth using on the 3DS.

yeah I looked into getting one and found that most of the websites for the dealers were either "seized by law enforcement" or just straight gone so to ebay I go

It's hard to find them on eBay, but I mean there will be other alternatives through the means of cheap flashcarts to do the same things, but not exactly in the same vain as the DSTWO.
