    Check your sd card with something like F3 or h2testw to make sure it isn't dying. If anybody else has this issue and confirms the same thing is happening to them, then I'll start investigating but I need more people to confirm because I don't have an EZFlash Omega non-DE at the moment to test...

    on non-DE omegas you need to wait a few moments (count in your head to 3 or 5 or something) before shutting off after saving. not doing this tends to do exactly that (corruption) because it leaves half-written files and such.
