That screen is showed when you inject Hekate but no Hekate files are on SD card, as instructed, download latest version of Hekate from the official GitHub and uncompress to the root of your card. Hekate's github https://github.com/CTCaer/Hekate/releasesHello, I have installed a Hwfly chip on my switch. It bootet to hektate and ofw. The problem is I choosed boot rcm and now my switch only have a black screen. How can I reenter the launcher? And what files do I have to put on my SD card?
that's the complete answer up there. I don't know what you did, but in a event of updating the console firmware (I'm supposing that what you were doing), if you are no following any guides, take as rule of thumb that the hekate payload is the first thing you want to mess with, and you want everything right on the bootloader folder, here are the official instructions:Read a tutorial mate
You choose boot RCM so of course there's only a blackscreen, that's because it's on RCM mode. You press the off button for a while and then you read a tutorial, have the good stuff on your SD card and that's it, mate above me posted good links for you to have a good start but please, just know what you are doing otherwise you're begging to have something weird that'll happen
How to update:
- Drag n drop bootloader folder into sd card root and hit merge/replace.
No need to delete that folder first, especially if you want your configs and payloads.- You can choose to update your RCM injection device or PC with the new hekate_ctcaer_x.x.x.bin or not.
In any case, bootloader/update.bin, will be checked and if newer it will get loaded.
update.bin is hekate and it is already copied with the bootloader folder drag n drop update process.
Does any body knows for sure if a patched unit with a ModChip get bricked if your enable AutoRCM?If it is just RCM mode. Just hold power button to restart.
If it is auto RCM on patch switch. I believe RCM loads before the modchip start glitching
