Oh, I found this bug is caused by my prior item code, the save file data was corrupted
You may better restore the save data. Sorry.
The current item code is correct.
For a new game, everything should be fine.

There is a loop decreasing an item until it clear, between rounds

just make a break on the loop , you may test it

I have the same issue as well, it seems to work for some units, but most of them did not get the experience multiplier.
