How do I fix this issue? I want to try out my games.

yes, i have boot.3dsx, i am a little confused on the rosalina stuff, can you give me some tips to know if it is working?

If you don't have the Homebrew Channel already installed, you have to do the Rosalina button combo on the Download Play app for the the menu to appear... Etc and continue to install hbc,so you don't have to do this every time.
