does it work now? not sure how xm360 could've made that sort of a mistake. all unlock does is 0 or F out the profile and device ids afaik, so it's easy to check if it's fixed or not.

my guess is that xm360 didn't scan it all originally. it showing unlocked when not in the right folder may be a bug.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

I'd suggest creating a backup of your internal hdd also every now and then. it can take a while since unlike the ps3, the 360 doesn't have a gigabit connection. for 1TB, it took all night using a direct connection. don't use party buffalo or one of those other apps as they tend to be unstable with anything above 500GBs.

Even shows the dlc now. I put a brand new 500gb ssd in there, crucial

very good. I wouldn't make a backup just yet then. wait until you have lots of content. you can't make a networked drive for easy access, since it requires smb 1.0 (don't recommend it, but you can enable it in windows features on windows 10). you can make a folder though, but if you have tons of content in a folder (i.e. like the content folder), the connection will crash. that's why I had to use filezilla which isn't the most reliable.

Probably better off using NXE's built-in copy functionality to copy the stuff to an external FAT32 backup drive, but you'd have to do each game individually of course. You could just backup the new stuff whenever you add new games though.

Given that you finally got it to work, it would be awesome if you wrote a quick guide on how to do multi-disc games properly. This thread is a bit like spaghetti junction in terms of trying to follow it.

multi-disc games are pretty easy to do. just make a folder with the game's name, then inside create disc 1, disc 2, etc. and dump the contents of each disc in each disc-numbered folder. I don't know if this works for god games, but it works for jtag rips. you can even try to trick it by loading up a disc then a save from a different disc and it won't matter. it will load the right disc regardless. then, in FSD/Aurora, keep disc 1 or whichever disc you want and hide the rest. I don't know about Aurora, but you can only unhide games with FSD by using the http link on your computer.

They way it sounds in my head, and then when I write down is a total mess. The gist is 2 discs require a very specific path like folder/name/2. If a game has dlc/extra content it has to go to this specific folder path. All my other 1 disc game are in this specific path, so I put the dlc here and then created a new folder called goty and put the game part in that folder. I updated directory path in Aurora for this new folder, the game showed up, and when I checked dlc it got listed

So when I put the game and dlc together in same folder, the dlc was not found and or crashed the game. I then noticed disc 1 and disc 2 had the same game id, but you couldn't load the other disc.
