Hello all. I have a big problem.

I was trying to Swap fans in my Jasper 360 from original to Noctua fans. Since I wasn't sure about which pin is ground and which is +V I decided to measure the Voltage with multimeter while the console was running. I ended up accidentally touching something in the area selected in the blue (don't know exactly what i touched), I saw spark and the console shut down with red light on power supply. I started the console fine, RGH still works but fans don't spin anymore. Console shuts down after couple of minutes because it's overheating.

I was able to measure the voltage of pins and what's odd is that with no fans connected it gives normal voltage in the range of 5-10V depending on the GPU temp. However when I connect fans it reaches max 0.97V (less than 1V) even when I force max fan speed in FSD settings.

I am completely newbie when it comes to fixing electronics. I know I can connect fans to power somewhere else but I would really like to fix my Xbox. It's been with me for over 9 years and it has big sentimental value.

I googled a little bit and I saw youtube video explaining how to check for shorted capacitors and I found that the one in red circle (C4C6) is not giving any resistance, it's beeping. However from another website I learned that it's not a good test when the capacitor is still attached to the motherboard. Also it's not even in the area where I touched and I am not sure if it has anything to do with my problem.

Please help me diagnose the problem. I am new to this but I want to learn. What can I check to determine why the fans won't even spin anymore?
