PS1/2 Fortuna Project- a FMCB alternative for ALL PS2 models(including scph-9XXXX)

A pretty neat homebrew launcher made by krat0s on ps2-home. You'll need a way to put the files on a memory card but this will allow people to use ulaunchelf to run homebrew and backup loaders like OPL via a diskless exploit on consoles where FMCB isn't entirely compatible like scph-9xxxx consoles and the Sony Bravia TV. People can start putting away their copies of SwapMagic because with this PS2 homebrew has been simplified even further.

Just tested it on a silver scph-90001 PS2 that FMCB wouldn't run on and it worked. It is handy. There's apparently FMCB launchers and homebrew launchers for it already. You launch it by accessing your fortuna memory card in the browser and pressing circle twice.

I was trying to see if they ever did the fat models but couldn't come up with anything. My firmware is 3.0u so dvdboot is out of question and I'm waiting for my copy of agent under fire to arrive but kinda bummed I'll have to open my fatty either way. Probably needs cleaned anyways

This reply is late as hell but fortuna works on every model of PS2 fat ones included.

If anyone ever needs a memory card fmcb I do it for free only ask for shipping cost its to easy to charge for
