Just wondering, is it possible to change turnip price?
So you can benefit your friends with it.
That is a solution, but it would waste a lot of events while time traveling back and forth.Would be a bit OP hahaha.
Just time travel until you get the right price?
Do you know how the flag works for the SE? and does it affect the gameplay if u just change the count of the item? It's very straight forward
This site is your new best friend until things get fixed. ^^
I think only flags 1 and 0 are real flags which might be to do with how items are wrapped in a giftbox, etc, flag 2 is actually part of the item count in the recipes and that's why Count doesn't display properly (and isn't easy to directly edit)Do you know how the flag works for the SE? and does it affect the gameplay if u just change the count of the item?
Thanks, it took me almost 1hr to figure this out.. I appreciate. [emoji4]

You mess with only the count and flag 2 if you need to change the hundreds because it's part of the count as shown in the image.Care to share how you did it?
So if I get an item using SE, I can just leave those flags alone and just mess with the count?
Hi! I used the save editor to change the upcoming villagers, I had 7 and I set the 8th, 9th and 10th thinking that they would come to buy the empty plot I placed in my island. Did anyone try that? Some days passed and I also did some time jump to try but those plots are still not sold. Is it normal, it requires some time, or the messing with future villagers made the houses not sellable? I know you probably can't know just by coding, but did anyone else try and get the same results?
I tried that. I had plot 7 empty. Changed Villager 7 to Kabuki using SE. Kabuki was in my village and apparently had just moved in. Plot 7 still empty. I dont know where Kabuki lives. I time traveled 4 days. Kabuki still a resident but no house to be found. Plot 7 was somehow taken by a new Villager, Puddles.
I ended up restoring my previous save since it just got weird and Kabuki the spawned villager never really had a house. And when he was not roaming around, he was no where to be found due to the fact that he has no home. He was still registered in the town though.
If you try to relocate his home, Tom Nook will reply something along the lines of it's being too early for relocating. I thought that would've allowed me to pick up his home and relocate it. Obviously failed.
Then I think so far the only way to put some new villager in is to wait for plots to be sold and then change the owner of that plot, coming in with the correct house and furniture.
The idea I had was replaced current villager with a spawned villager. So for my example, let's say I spawn Kabuki. But the issue is, Kabuki will live in the house of the old villager. So to fix this, maybe get Kabuki to leave your island, get a friend to adopt him. then you have that plot as empty space. After that, get your friend to kick Kabuki out of the island then you come over to adopt him.
Time travel a day and Kabuki will be at your island with proper housing and furniture.
I'll give your idea a go as soon as I see a sold sign on my plot :oNo I meant, the way I wrote should work - but of course, you can't do it if you already have 10 villagers. Have an empty plot, go to an island to invite someone in (or wait for the plot to be sold) and swap the villager before the house is built. This way, it'll work.
