Ive heard of people batting around the idea of making an english patch for this game. But as far as ive looked there nothing. Have I overlooked something or has nothing happened?

Don't think so as it seems to be a mobile game. You can probably find the apk or whatever and try to modify it. I did this with Dark Meadow The Pact to get some textures and models for Killing Floor 2 custom maps

The progress of the translation patch Iwakura and some others are working on seems to be dependant on how quick some parts can be reverse engineered, not the actual translation of the new text that comes with the new scenario they added to the PSP port.
Really looking forward to it as Innocent Sin is already pretty good judging by the few hours I put into it.
