Gaming Street pass mii plaza erased

in the FBI is accidentaly i erased the street plaza how i can restore it
Itried with the 3DNUS but i dosen't reconize the title ID
i didn't make a backup

You could try going to system settings and system update. Even if you are on latest it will say a update is available when system titles as such get erased.
