Go back one page I already explained the issue there, it's the folder structure. Delete the entire folder and redownload the .zip or delete the folders which have the TitleID in it three times (it should only be this: /atmosphere/titles/0100abf008968000/cheats/8dafedbb5be81c2c.txt).

LokeYourLord mentioned that someone edited the file and accidentally made 4 of the same folders, you only need 1 of the 0100abf008968000 folders

So just to be clear, the OP has a guide for using PK Hex but it hasn't actually been updated to support Sw/Sh yet right? On the downloads page on PP it doesn't have Sw/Sh support listed.
Correct, PKHex has not yet been updated, checked their Github a few minutes ago actually (out of coincidence) and can definitely confirm that it has not yet been updated.
Kurt (Kaphotics) or kwsch on git, the maker of the Pkhex posted the date it will be released on about 6 hours ago, he said 11/15 6:00 pm PST

lol I'm kidding. The game isn't even officially out. I just wanted to make sure. The two things I want most is to see if you can make Grookey shiny, and to get a Walk through Walls code lol. I love exploring Ultra Sun with that thing. (That has nothing to do with PK Hex I guess but still.)
For those who are waiting for PKHex update, the creator of PKHex had updated his twitter with a big hint that the update for Sword & Shield might be dropped on 11/15 6:00pm PST. He had early access to Pokemon Sword & Shield and had been datamining and working on it for a few days. Here's screenshot of his announcement:

Trying to fix it, i did not know tiny mushroom and the items that followed were treasure so ill remove those. As for the stones i actually did miss 4 of them ill add those when i fix it
