I tried moving my uxo folder to setup s2dvita and now i cant use vita shell or anything else

what did you move? the app's folder? the app.db directs to the executable and the app icons, so moving them can cause problems.

I moved everything in the uxo folder is there anything I can do to get vita shell back on it and fix it or is it just a useless vita now...

I Cant move anything bc vita shell is no longer there or adrenaline or any homebrew

what firmware are you running? If its 3.60 just run the henkaku exploit.
