I think this guy could be the same one months ago when xecuter moved hosts and claimed police had raided and arrested them on a beach.

This person who hates xecuter so much because he failed to get his psv product out after months of hard work someone beat him and released a free to use cfw rendering his product pointless and never sold thus never got anything out of it.

Sad really if this is this same person, hes known for a very long time to litter forums with shit and creating new accounts just to bad mouth xecuter.

Although I should correct myself. The domain was likely seized or at least forcibly shut down by a registrar. I have no clue if it was Nintendo or not, but domains don't end up like that for any reasons aside from legal ones.

Nothing looks seized http://whois.domaintools.com/team-xecuter.com Why would a registrar seize it? They don't tend to shut them down unless you fail to pay the bill.

Domains go down all the time, for various reasons. When a site is seized with court action then it's not going to get returned without a return to court. I would like you to show me some evidence of any court cases.

Nintendo seem to only be taking down sites where copyright content is sold.

A few years ago they were getting customs to seize shipments of flash carts, but now they seem to not be wasting all that money. It's an interesting development

maybe going forward you guys can wait till the site has been down more than a few hours to start the parade, you just end up looking stupid

pretty much every site has downtime, server crash, hosts get changed and all that BS, if the sites down for a week or if the landing page gets changed to "website seized by #####" then thats something else but if its just down for a few hours just wait and see what happens
