Hacking Do i need vhbl?

this might be a stupid question and i don't know if im gonna get any answers but if i wanna load emulators onto my ps vita 3.67, do i need vhbl? are there .vpks i can use instead?

i have h-encore set up along with vitashell. i was just wondering if i need vhbl in order to get like nes, snes, gba, gbc emulators or were there links to .vpk files? ive been doing some searching on youtube but all the videos show needing vhbl so im a little confused plus still a noob at this

VHBL is basically just the PSP's Half-Byte Loader, which is basically useless if you can install custom firmware as the HBL (or Vita HBL) only runs stuff that was made to support it. Not much supports it though as you can just run everything if you have custom firmware, which any PSP can get. The Vita also has Retroarch, which can take advantage of all the Vita's extra hardware to run games better.
