How do I access the Source Menu or change Source? Pressing B does nothing.
you need a source_menu.ini in wiiflow/source_menu folder. you will need to either make your own or get one and edit it to your liking. to make one or edit one simply use a text editor like notepad++ and save it as source_menu.ini.

check out the wiki here - https://sites.google.com/site/wiiflowiki4/source-menu-setup

it's a little old and some things have changed but it can still help. skip down to 'Setup:' and 'Source_menu.ini explained'

edit: use Abz's pack link - http://www.mediafire.com/file/3mxh2azkbza43db/WiiFlow_v4.2.3_Nintendont_MasterMod_Pack_Full_2016.7z
to get his source_menu.ini and button images in his wiiflow/source_menu folder. edit it to your liking.

source menu editor by maxternal is outdated and may not help very much.

Thanks.

Another question: real NAND channels and EmuNAND channels seem to be listed together. Is there a way to have only the latter appear and the former right out ommitted?

goto main settings pg3 and change channels type to what you want wfl to show.

Is it possible (or could it be possible in the future) to allow the WiiFlow Lite menu to be controlled/navigated with a Gamecube controller (plugged into Wii U via USB GC Controller adapter)? I launch WiiFlow from the Wii U menu using a forwarder, and it would be nice to not have to use a Wiimote when I plan to only play a GCN game.

First of all, thank you for still supporting WiiFlow, i've been using it for years and I'm happy to see it still getting new features and improvements!

However, I encountered a couple of problems with the latest version (v5.1.0).

I opted for the "as wiiflow" version because this saved me the hassle of installing a bunch of new forwarder channels and I also set up bootmii to autoboot into WiiFlow. Unfortunately, the "Return to Channel" option doesn't seem to work with this version (and the original forwarder/hidden channels in place) as it would just boot the system menu no matter what.

When using the Classic Controller's left stick to manipulate the cursor, it sometimes moves erratically in the opposite direction of the actual input (the cursor will move up when the stick is pushed down, for example). This seems to only affect the Y-axis (the down input in particular) and only when the stick is moved all the way in one direction.

Keep up the good work!

the classic controller does the same thing for me but not just on wiiflow (lite) but other apps. i think its a libogc issue.

as for 'return to channel' check main settings pg 4 and make sure the return to channel option is set correctly.

Oh, really? I never noticed/encountered it before; it probably just coincided with me updating to WiiFlow Lite. My bad!

It's set to
Code:
returnto=DWFA
which used to work with v4.2.1/MasterMod until I switched to Lite.

Edit: Should've tested more thoroughly; it does still work for Wii games but it doesn't work for Gamecube titles (Nintendon't) anymore.

hmm strange. i'll look into it. in the mean time the 'return to' only works for wii and ww/vc games. and you must have the forwarder channel installed (one that uses the ID: DWFA. for gamecube and plugin games - they return to wiiflow via wiiflow's stub file which basically launches the hidden channel which launches wiiflow. if gc and plugin games are not returning to wiiflow it could be i put the wrong stub bin in the code. but i haven't had any other users complain about this.

Why is it when I download covers it goes through this long converting process now and then they're all stretched out?
The converting process is converting all covers to cached textures that wiiflow uses. The stretched covers is because right after 5.1.0 release and error was found that causes front covers to stretch. Not sure why ALL your covers are front covers. It has since been fixed

Hi @fledge68
I'm happy with Wiiflow Lite, and I have some doubts.
1- how I add themes and where I download
2- how to install plugin and where, for what I serve
3- the latest version is stable since I am playing in an earlier version, if that is how I do to update. 4- There is some way for the Wii and Gamecube games to show up together and not in another window.
5- When I'm playing and I want to go back to the Wii menu the screen turns black and I have to turn off the power.

psdt : I have a Wii u 5.5.3 with colboot haxchi.
