I’ve had this issue for a long time. Still haven’t found the answer anywhere. Hope somebody here can help me. I try to launch pokken tournament and this pops up. Same thing happens with Pokémon quest. I’ve had a cartridge game do this to me as well as an nsp. Idk what the issue is.

It looks to me like a corruption in your theme you have installed. When your launching Pokken it’s asking you to update probably but your getting a grey box instead. Try using a different theme or go back to the nsw original theme and see if it still happens, if it doesn’t then that’s your problem.

I wish that had been the case but unfortunately it happens when I try to launch pokken. It happened way before I had a theme and I just updated from the official Nintendo servers via someone else.

Strange? Have you installed any firmware via ChoiDujour? It might be a bad flash. You could even try another sd card it might be that. Just try putting the basic files on your sd card boot cfw up and see if it still does it. Have you installed nsp version updates to these games in the past? might be that. Are these titles nsp installs could be that try and install them again.

Nah this is an official 6.2. This is also my second SD card with this game on it. I’ve had it installed multiple times and places. It even did it with a cartridge at one point.

Read my above comment again try those out, if not seems like an internal fault sadly you might need Nintendo to fix this one.

I’m not 100% sure but I think you can do a complete factory reset on the Nintendo Switch google it I don’t know how you do it but I’m sure I read somewhere it can be done by button combination or something along those lines accessing a menu, it could be down to system memory corruption.
