Yes you can. Boot9strap is installed in the nand not the game. The game is only for the access for homebrew.
You two, don't revive a thread that's already answered for nothing or to repeat what was said. Check the dates next time! Posting in old threads that have been answered just pushes them to the top of the recent threads, potentially hiding some more recent ones that haven't been answered yet.

And he meant it as in "if you decide to remove b9s you can just redownload the game and reinstall b9s" even if badly worded, not reason enough to revive the thread over that:/

Yeah you are correct, Kinda an oopsie on my part for wording that bad but yeah no reason to revive the thread
