What I wanted to say is you need to be on 6.2 to access online functions now.
So normally you wont be able to install the patch on lower firmware when it comes out.
The smash day one patch is available. Theres are two versions one for 6.1.0 which some ppl saying its not working and a 5.X patched version which ppl say works. Also found out you have to register Smash Ultimate to receive Piranha plant character sometime in 2019.
