I'm getting desperate now, no fix I've looked up works and I have no way of troubleshooting it that I know of, I've followed the cIOS Installation page (as well as also cIOS base: 58), I'm using the right USB slot (edit: I've tried both). I'm pretty much a n00b at this, but is there any way I can show you guys some form of an error log?

It's an SD Card Reader. I'm going to try putting my Wii games on my external HDD and see if that helps.

Edit: Sorry is that what you were asking? I'm dumb.

Yeah, he was asking where you were storing your wii games. I don't think an SD card adapter would work although I haven't tried. Some things to make sure of:
* You have the USB device in the right port
* The USB device is getting enough power
* You have the cios's you need installed correctly

Well after I checked the cIOS Installation tutorial, I saw this on a YouTube video on the top comment:

Select cIOS: d2x-v10-beta52 Select cIOS base: 56 Select cIOS slot: 249 Select cIOS version: 65535 Select cIOS: d2x-v10-beta52 Select cIOS base: 57 Select cIOS slot: 250 Select cIOS version: 65535 Select cIOS: d2x-v10-beta52 Select cIOS base: 58 Select cIOS slot: 251 Select cIOS version: 65535

So that's what I did, I installed it on those three slots.

Sorry for horrible format, it copied badly. That said, using the SD Card to load the apps + the external HDD plugged into the back, the app loads up but shows no actual games. I don't know why, I have the WBFS on the root of the external, with (transferred using backup manager) two Super Smash Bros Brawl files inside that.

Edit: Tried formatting to FAT32. Nope, no deal, still "Not Initialised"

I've had the same issue. Which IOS is your homebrew channel running on? Should be shown in the bottom right corner, might have to press the home button first. It should show IOS58 there, mine used to use another one, then after I fixed that everything worked perfectly

IOS58 24.32

On a side-note, someone on Reddit suggested trying WiiFlow. So I installed that, and while it detected my game, it just restarted to the home menu when I hit play. This is like pulling teeth! >_<

Edit: Apparently SysCheck is a good toubleshooter, but the report only showed this:

sysCheck v1.6.2 by Erik Spyder

Region: PAL
The system menu v514 is running under IOS58 (rev 6176)
Hollywood v0x11
Console ID: 76861931
Boot2 v4
Found 67 titles
Found 32 IOS on this console
Found 14 IOS Stubs on this console

Didn't it generate more than that?

Edit: Oh here we go, just needed a different version:

Update: Okay I finally got it working. I uninstalled the cIOS in slot 251, and installed the Beta3-alt-whateverTheFuck into 249, just going off a tutorial. I have no idea how it worked but it did.

Each game must have their own folder.
EX: SSBB
usb:/wbfs/(Any name here) [RSBX01]/(Any name here).wbfs
^ you need the brackets
X = E: NTSC-U, J: NTSC-J, P: PAL

Have you tried changing settings in usb loader GX, such as where the program searchs for your games and which (c)ios is being used by the games and by the program itself?
