I have been trying all day to install soundhax, but when I do, I always get the same error message! "An error has occured. Please save your data in any software currently in use, and then restart the system" Any Ideas?

do you have the correct otherapp payload/ boot.3dsx?

I have the right payload, but the boot.3dsx, I got it from the 3ds.hacks website

Which step in the guide are you receiving the error? How many times have you tried?
