doubt it your Console ID Will be banned not your PSN so in a sense youer psn is banned cause that ps3 can't log into psn servers regardless of what id you use

This tutorial is far more better than others, but I till got error 80029567 when I tried to install signed pkg file
the process I have don are:
HAN installed
HAN enabled
DEBUG PKG enabled
generated act.cat and dips
copied act.dat and dips to resigned exe folder and dragged rap and pkg file on it to generate the new act file, ref file and signed pkg file
After I done all these still get 80029567 when I tried to install pkg on package manager - install package files - standard
And if I tried HAN ACT copier, put my usb and all files need, still give me failed after I tried like 30 times.
Which part I did wrong?

Yes you are right, my bad. Im just a little tired after tried several hours. Cos some reason no one will say exactly how to download rap and pkg files thats took me time to figure out. Basically it is the first time I CFW ps3 even I have experienced with 3ds, wiiu and wii. But ps3 is so different and people wont say details cos reasons.
do you know how to solve my problem?
don't enable debug and try again if it's fakesigned by habib's tool no need for debug

Its creating the install bubble.The wait can take up to 20-30 minutes.Once it finishes the install bubble should be located inside the "playstation network content" folder inside the package manager.I covered this in step 6.

another question, how are we supposed to make ps2 .pkgs without Multiman? gbatemp(dot)net/threads/ps2-classics-in-2018-the-easy-way.497199/ the tutorial requires it, and as of right now, we cannot install Multiman with HAN....soooo....

Yes you read that right.You need it activated aswell to launch the backup games.This is because the han enabler exploit modifies your licence every time you launch it.

There is a website that has ps2 classics with there rap files.One of the testers or creaters of the exploit was able to make a fake sighned pkg of a ps2 game that allows snes emulation,so making ps2 games into pkgs is indeed possible without multiman aslong as you inject the rif licence for the game.

How do you explain installing a PKG file of more than 4 Gb to a HAN-running PS3 console to a beginner (like me)? Furthermore, how does "PKG Linker" relate to it?

And last thing: There's an offline way to install .pkg bigger than 4gb? I've read that I must split the .pkg for that, but I can't find any program that works. I've tried 4GSplit and PS3Splitter and both produce extensions that PKG manager can't recognize. Also, I found a video of PS3Xploit showcasing a game installation on different parts (part1.pkg, part2.pkg) but I can't find anything that could produce such result. Can you help me?

Honestly i havent done much research on instaling pkgs that are over 4gb,but there is somthing you can install called han tool box which allows you to transfer pkgs over your wifi from your pc and install them.I havent tried it yet but ill update this guide once i find more details on it.
I have the toolbox and is pretty much the same thing as using PKG Linker. I'm looking for offline installation because my wifi is unstable and the PS3 lose connection everytime I'm doing the transfer. An also, recently I found out that an error I was having with the splitter is because, on summary, PS3 doesn't like splitted .pkg. Because it will treat the first file as the full .pkg when in reality is just a part of it, triggering an error in the middle of the installation (80029563).
I have installed 2 games with this great tutorial, everything goes fine.
After i installed third game and after start came "This content can be used if you renew the licence is Playstation Store".
Tryed more games, but this error comes agian and again.
Any solution?

Did you inject the rif files for those games that say to renew the licence and run the han enabler when launching them?
