And one day you maybe would be able to ad your own factpoints? Would be awsome.

Can someone please help me get this working.

OK I downloaded the DLDI patcher and the G6 patch (I am using a G6 Lite), I successfully patched the .ds rom. I then copied it over to my DS and put the dat file in the same directory. When I launch the program it gets as far as letting me choose my language and then I just get a black screen with the power light flashing green.

I tested my wifi connection with mario kart and it is working fine. I also tried this with all 3 of the files, .nds, .sc.nds and .gba.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I'm having this exact same problem only with the M3dss.

Put the Dat file in your root?

Just tried that, still the same, black screen flashing power light.

That's when it's trying to connect to the Wi-Fi, keep trying, if you have successfully used Wi-Fi on another homebrew before this should work, once it connects you'll see a screen with a Moai.
I tested the connection using CHG and after a couple of successful tests the homebrew worked flawlessly .

Make sure you have WiFi settings set up in an official game, have it DLDI patched and have the togsites.dat (or something similar) in your root directory.

OK I have DLDI patched the sc.nds(the nds file doesn't work at all for me) file and copied that across to my DS and put it in the root directory, I then I have copied over the dat file and put it in my root directory. Still just goes to a black screen with a flashing power light. I have the Mario Kart rom on my G6 Lite and I tested wifi and it works fine.

Wifi in homebrew is different from wifi in commercial games.

There's an incompatibility between newer DS Lites and the version of dswifi lib which is still being used in most homebrew since it's the one that came with devkitARM r20. So if you have a newer DS Lite, you probably need to patch the NDS file with one of the available patchers like this one:

http://ftp7.ohpy.com/opftp/index.php?contr...0HDbTgkp65PpA==

Also, for homebrew you need to have SSID broadcasting turned on in your router.

Great app, it's pretty cool. I wonder in future versions if it will have the ability for me to type in coordinates or say a street address. I apologize if I somehow missed that options somewhere, I only fooled with it for a few minutes.

I also think this is an amazing app. However, i wish i were able to use this without wifi (i know it would be alot of space for the image files). This way i could easily use my ds to guide me around cities or rural spots without having to lug around maps.

Fabulous work!

lol. yeah, dl the entire google maps onto your memory card...it's sorta big...probably...

but maybe if you could define a city to save or something, but still i think it's a lot of data esp at different zoom levels.

it's better to have a gps then. there were some projects on gps on ds, but i think they're all dead.
