If it's a GBA game, yes. Since it's a ROM hack, you'll need to find out which game it's based on and use the patch for that game.

Oh yeah, you'll want to use FLASH 512 kbit with RTC and no SRAM patch. Only the patch I linked you.
Did exactly what you told me and now works. But i get a "save data corruption" after the load but the save is still there. I just hope this doesn't break anything in the romhack. Thanks nonetheless

Well of course. Just gives a "spooky" corruption save pop-up but the save is still there and working fine.
How you do it ? I inject onto a cia pokémon fire red and work fine but for pokemon thunder yellow and eclat pourpre (rom hack based of fire red) I can save but when I launch the game the save is deleted...

This tool is rad.
Platformers like the Metroids and Castlevanias work perfectly, no ghosting, darker colour options, and I could inject my saves with godmode9.

To all those trying to inject Pokemon games, how can you play them without a fast forward option?
I love me some pkmn, but jeez there are some pacing issues.

I got the latest patch of Prism working with asdolo's GBC injector (thank you), but deferred to gameyob for a fast forward option.

Hey guys, I was doing the injecting of the Pokemon GBA games today and found a few assets, but they didn't look very good because I didn't have them standardized, so I decided to take my own screenshots, all the same size, and make my own banners (from a template I found on GBATemp) in Photoshop to match the Virtual Console games almost identically. I found these icons somewhere and added a gray background, and well, here's everything for you guys so you can do it yourself. All you'll have to do is choose your color for your frame, and you'll be set :) Enjoy!

Do you know where I could get this said patch?

The first page of the GBA VC Injector has an option to select the save type for the rom. Sram or Flash should do. Some Pokemon Hacks like Pokemon Thunder Yellow are an exception.

Hi man! Thanks for your hard work with this.

I have a problem regarding the save type with Konjiki no Gash Bell!! Yuujou no Dengeki Dream Tag Tournament, it just doesn't save with any of the types.
So no one knows what to do about this?
I've tried patching it with all the save types and none work.

The Game uses EEPROM_V124 as an save type. There is some extra patching involved. Here is an link to an reddit page about the subject. Hope it helps.

Tired it on a Fire Red rom and it worked! Does this also fix the internal battery error message on Emerald?
For that you need to, once again, follow the next post by sks316 lol. You just need to apply the RTC on the first page of the injector. :) He's the Pokemon ROM boss ;)

So I was thinking that it would be cool if we could get a different 3D Banner for GBA games to more closely match the GBC/GB versions - This would allow us to do more than just the title screens (or whatever) on the rectangle. I know this is how it came with the Ambassador Program, but I think we can outdo Nintendo, don't you?

I did a bit of research and found a 3D model on a CAD site (CLICK HERE), I think we can find someone to export this as an OBJ and correct the writing on the bottom of the screen, and get a battery cover on there. Then we could likely get your program to change the case color of it, and insert the title screen, toss a "cartridge" in there (with a custom color) and we're set. What do you think @Asdolo, would this be possible?

EDIT: @Asdolo, if you do end up wanting to add that GBA for the 3D banner, I've been working on making a much lower poly version of it. We'll probably still need to send it over to a 3D artist for a little touchup and separating part of it (specifically the shoulder buttons) from the main, but it's really coming together. Just message me and I'll figure out a way to get you the obj.

how many recomended SRAM patch if a game has 2 games in it(one that saves and one that doesnt and only uses passwords)

Would it be possible to add .ups patching?
I managed to install Pokémon Clover by using your ips patching, but Pokémon Sugary Sweet only use .ups.
It's impossible to convert this .ups to .ips, since it is 32 mb, which ips patching does not support.

Edit: After hours of tinkering around, I think that UPS patching isn't the reason of why it doesn't work. The intro credit does appear, but then it just goes black. When testing on VBA, I see that after the intro credit it directly goes to the start menu, effectively skipping the battle animation. I think that AGB_FIRM does not like that, so it freeze while trying to load an animation that doesn't exist. I tried to see if I could restore it by checking the ROM on unLZ, but the palette are all set to 2 after the second image. When I change the palette to 0, it does show the ressource, but not with the good color (it's in sepia, as opposed as the untouched rip of the game). I tried to rip the Game Freak logo picture from the untouched rip, then import it in the ROM hack. I then wrote the palette and image in the ROM with the image offset set to 0800000 with "automatically fix pointer" checked, since the image was too big otherwise. All the image was then fixed with the correct palette. I then tried to create a CIA out of the newly made ROM, but alas, it still freeze after the intro credit. I am at a loss of what I can do now.
