Hacking Psvita psn doesn't active-invalid idps error

Hi guys
Would somebody help me.i don't know why i can't activate my psn account on my vita.whenever i tried i have faced with invalid idps error.i tested this in other psvita systems and got the same error.does any one know how to fix this?

I've had the same problem. Solution:
Create a new account at PSN (I used PC);
Sign into it in your Vita, then Activate it!
