Apparently it's causing massive problems, such as an infinite PSN Loop and the system not doing sleep mode properly, killing the system battery. No word from Sony about a fix yet.

all the update does is patch more exploits, aka "stability update"

Damn, I need to be able to access the store to use the cloud save, can I do it any other way or should I wait for Sony to issue a new update?

I assume this doesn't affect the PSV TV? I'm on 3.57 and I'm not having any issues with PSN. I do have internet issues, but that's because my ISP is ass

I would just wait till sony releases a fix (however long that takes).
Not worth messing up the system for a save.
Play something else while u wait for a proper update, or start a new save file.

Well you are right, I'm baffled Sony could do this, I mean it's like they really don't give a damn about the Vita.
