I have been reaching breaking point for quite some with my hoarding ways slowly but surely taking over my room. I figured I should probably do something to sort it out.
I now have an estimated 700 blu-ray movies + 150 PS3 games and this number is constantly increasing. This is becoming a problem as it is becoming increasingly harder to navigate the collection and keep it in any sort of order.
It has gotten to the point where I now have multiple piles of cases resting on top of a small chest of draws slowly reaching the point of touching the roof. This makes it hard to find anything and just as hard to remove a specific item from the stack without risking the stack toppling.
The best possible solution I can see to this problem (short of destroying/selling everything) is to box the cases up in a corner somewhere (still want to keep the cases because I'm a hoarder and all) and purchase some kind of storage items to hold the actual discs.
I have struggled before with various CD/DVD binders with various quality, navigation and scalability issues, so I'm trying to avoid them as much as possible.
I'm currently considering buying 3x 400 Ebox CD/DVD Storage cases from: http://www.gtmall.com.au/ebox-400-cd-dvd-storage-case.html
The benefits I can see here are:
Thanks for the help guize.

The benefits I can see here are:
- It uses draws rather than a lid so I can place stuff on top of it (just like my current set of draws ) and stack them on top of each other.
- It has individual locks on each of the draws so I can lock my siblings out of it, another reason for moving everything out of the cases.
- It uses individual inserts which (should) make it easier to keep organized as I purchase more movies/games.
