You want to take off CFW and just use a regular 3.55 FW? Yes, that's possible, but you won't be able to go online.

I think im gonna go legit too
theres not much going on in hacking new firmwares and I want to be able to play uncharted 3 when it comes out (and also the incentive of free psn games going on right now...)

That's what I decided too. Maybe by the end of the year I'll have a reason to go back to CFW, but as the scene is now, CFW isn't worth giving up online for imo and it's most likely that U3 is going to be unplayable on cfw just like Portal 2.

Just do what I did buy another ps3 and have one jailbroken and another on official firmware

i think that is what most people should be doing if they want the best of both worlds, i personally have 2 ps3s so i don't have this problem.

on 3.65 now, all I did was delete all the homebrew from the XMB, deleted the iso's from inside the backup managers, then deleted the LUAN12345 folder with a file manager

After messing around with my PS3, i noticed i got tired of all the stuff on it, i have around 30 legit games and around 10 i downloaded to try, i noticed that there was not 1 game i played more then 2 hours and today i was sitting there, like, what the f**k all those games and i don't know what to do, this suxs, i have a pc to use emulators, i have my wii to use emulators, why do i need it on my ps3 anyway, so i decided to remove all the stuff and update to the newest OFW

and for the 3 hours i play on my ps3 in a month, i better stick to ofw anyway.
