Haven't you been following the news with the movies? They're splitting the final book up into two movies, one released last month, the next will release summer 2011. They stated that it would allow them to cover more stuff from the book (a major complaint from fans that they cut too much info from the movies). But it's also a way for them to cash in on the final part twice (corporate whoring). They're basically trying to maximize their profits while they still can, seeing as the series will end one of their biggest cash cows. The HP movies are VERY successful financially. Same goes for the game too i'm sure.

Blame the publishers/movie studios. They farm those dev jobs out to the lowest bidder and give very little time and expense over to these projects. Video games attached to movies are given almost the same amount of thought and resources as toys that accompany a McDonald's Happy Meals.

I think she's saying "To defeat dark forces". It plays a generic movie/game trailer sound over it though so all you can really make out is "--rces".

The first 3 Harry Potter games were actually fun I thought too. It was a bit like a bite-sized Zelda adventure inside of a castle. Good times those.
