Hardware How do I convert .mb to .gba?

I have the NiGHTS into Dreams...: Score Attack minigame file, which was a demo you could download from PSO on GameCube,
but it's .mb so I can't emulate it on my Wii (or flashcart for that matter).

I've heard that you can convert .mb to .gba, but I can't seem to find anything on how to do it. Any of you know?
It's worth noting that I'm on a mac... if there are no solutions for mac users, maybe one of you would be willing to take my file and make it .gba?

edit: MISSION COMPLETE!
But I didn't do it... so I still don't know how to do it, for all those future downloadable GBA demos.

Multiboot Menu is probably Windows-only, but you can easily do MB2GBA yourself. Open a terminal on your Mac and combine "mb2gba.gba" and "YourFileHere.mb" into a new file. You can do this using the Unix "cat" command in the following format:

cat mb2gba.gba TheMultibootFile.mb > NewFile.gba

I inputted that line, customised to my filenames, and this was what came up:

"cat: mb2gba.gba: No such file or directory
cat: nights.mb: No such file or directory"

Cool. So how do I do this? ^^;
