Always good to see more support for GOG from Japanese publishers. A lot of SEs recent Steam releases are also DRM-free when run without Steam

Kwyjor · 2026-10-08T16:37:09+0100

Holy crap, those are expensive at regular price.

RetroNerdGamer · 2026-10-08T18:21:55+0100

Well darn at least that tiny bit makes up fer the bullcrap release of Octopath 1/2 on Switch 2. Still, I have 'em on Switch 1 so whatever.

Lop1 · 2026-10-08T19:34:16+0100

Funny enough, completely different games, but both are fantastic!

Yea, I am aware NEO is a sequel, hence the need to play DS one first. Atm going through Ace Attorney: Justice for All on it.

aoimatsuri · 2026-10-09T00:49:30+0100

NEO is not a good game
Too much rewind BS

And only the OGs and Shoka carry it.

Guess the hugh price tag is for compensating Fret for putting up with Rindos saltiness.

They could learn alot from the Reynatis kids. Marin n Moa especially. (I mean .... NEO gang even cameos in Reynatis)

Also why is twewy on switch NEVER marked down while Not.Especially.Over is always down price...

As for octo.. no idea.

Great games, but holy they just don't go down in price. Good to see games get the GOG treatment, it's always welcome.

Nothing that uses DRM and then backs up because they got cracked gets any sympathy from me I'm afraid.

Funny enough, I buy all the interesting games that are released DRM-Free from the start.
