I don't like how it's worded, they are bringing it out for Switch 2 and then names all the other platforms with it...
Should just say Switch 2.

It's been on all the other platforms since 2024.
It's the first time there's a native PS5 version as well. The old bundle was for PS4 which you can obviously play on a PS5. But there's technically a distinction.

Yeah I bough the All in - one Edition (PS4) on Amazon 3 years ago for like $38. Which includes KH1-3. So popping those games on PS5 would be no different. Only thing I regret was buying all 3 games on series X separately in full price & DLC. At the time Moneysoft didn't have a bundle.

Plus PS5 automatically upscales the PS4 games and enhances them for no extra charge.

A lot of people overlooked this feature and just acted like it didn't exists at no extra cost.

For switch its justified tho

It took em 25 years to make the jump. And b4 we got roasted with a stupid cloud collection *shudder*

Also SE can sign off now.
I don't need em for anything else.

It's called FINAL Fantasy after all

They dobe re releasing on pc alot tho.
EPIC, Steam, this one.

Do PC Gamers have Nacho and MountainDew induced Dementia or stgh

Pretty sure I own 7 copies of both Kingdom Hearts 1 and Kingdom Hearts 2 across various platforms. Only 5 of those were in collections though.
Hmmm
PS4
Steam
Switch

Yeah I am not much better.
But its my favorite series, so I better own it multiple times

i need to get jp vanilla kh2 for the bad reflect and trinity bug experience

I'm glad the whole series* is continually available at a reasonable price. That's a lot of game for $75.

Still baffled that MoM isn't on steam yet though
Wait until a sale happens on Steam, and it will be available for $60. That's how I bought the collection when it launched.

And I agree. Kingdom Hearts 4 is coming to PC, but not yet for Melody of Memory for some reason.

I just realized something reading through these comments and reminiscing on oddly numbered Kingdom Hearts games.
KH 1
KH 2
KH 1.5
KH 2.5
KH 2.8
KH 0.2
KH 3
1+2+1.5+2.5+2.8+0.2+3 = 13
God damn it.

In all seriousness, I considered getting this for Switch 2 as having all the games locally would be cool. I already have them all on Xbox (1.5+2.5 and 2.8 I bought on sale, have 3 on disc and bought RE:Mind and MoM at full price). But in the end, wasn't worth the price tag. Maybe if I see a copy secondhand down the road.

trying to keep track of what happens in these damn games is far worse than the fucking zelda timeline
I've been replaying 3 (both as a refresher for IV and to get the PRO Code achievement, which I had no interest in after slogging through my last playthrough) and yeah, the amount of "somehow" moments and plot threads that just go nowhere are insane.

Nomura has also stated that IV's story will closely tie in to the mobile games, which is just fantastic. The most confusing, boring, lore-heavy and fragmented portion of the story by far and it's front and center required reading for the new game. Wonderful.
